This is a manifesto, not a legal document. It describes how Sentinel is built and what it refuses to do.

You are known to Sentinel by a callsign you choose — not your legal name, not an email, not a marketing number.

Sentinel is local-first: your trips, routes, records and your bike's history stay on your phone, and your emergency contacts and medical information are never uploaded.

There are no ads and no data selling, ever — the safest data is the data that was never collected.
